Initiated by Representative Frank Wolf (R-VA), with help from
Sherwood Boehlert, (R-NY), Chairman of House Science Committee, and
Vernon Ehlers, (R-MI), Chairman of the House Environment, Technology and
Standards Subcommittee, this summit will focus on competitiveness
challenges American companies face in today's market. Breakout meetings
with cabinet officers will be closed to the media.

7:30 a.m. Media Sign-in
Cameras and equipment must be in place
in the Auditorium by 9:00 a.m. The Auditorium will be closed to media
from 9:00 until 9:30 for sound check and participant briefing. All media
will be able to enter the Auditorium at 9:30 a.m. prior to the start of
the opening session.
10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m. The Summit begins
with a plenary session that is open to the press.
2:30 p.m. The Summit press conference will begin.
