Nano-Learner™ Maximizes E-Learning ROI through a Multi-Sensory Experience

Nano-Learner™ is a new innovative miniaturized powerful learning process which can change e-learning from a transactional process to a transformational experience by engaging the user at a deep emotional level through a multi-sensory experience. Nano-learner™ offers the user a condensed powerful learning experience through miniaturized learning modules of between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.

Rugby, UK (PRWEB) May 14, 2007 -- Image Dynamics™ are designing tailor-made Nano-Learner™ programmes for leading corporations and universities as part of organizations e-learning strategy. See a brief demonstration at:

The process works by engaging the user through a multi-sensory experience by combining imagery, empathic questions and keywords within a variety of animation sequences tailor-made to organizations specific learning requirements. Although Nano-Learner™ has been developed for a variety of corporate training programmes from transformational leadership, strategic planning and idea generation to cultural change. The process is now being used to make e-learning a more transformational process, therefore accelerating learning.

Before the user starts their e-learning programme they would first play a Nano-Learner™ animation module which would last up to 5 minutes. This process primes the user to becoming more relaxed and to develop a more receptive learning state. Once completed the user engages with the e-learning programme in a more positive mental state encouraging accelerated learning. After the e-learning session has finished the user plays another Nano-Learner™ module to reinforce the learning experience. All the user has to do is relax and enjoy the animation process. Afterwards the user is encouraged to journalize their ideas to add to the learning experience through deep reflection..

Behind the animation sequences lies a complex design which is based on scientific and neuro-psychological research in how our brain processes images and language. The process acts as a catalyst for accelerated learning and transcendence helping the user to become more relaxed while learning and receptive to new possibilities.

The process is described "as a unique sensory & learning experience" by Dr. Mike Bagshaw, an organizational psychologist and director of Trans4mation Ltd who has designed leadership programmes for clients including Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Pfizer, QinetiQ, Shell, he added. "This is a revolutionary innovative perspective in organizational learning which will add value and a new dimension to e-learning globally"

Keith Bound, creator and designer, said, "Although learning in small pieces is not a new concept, Nano-learner™ provides a revolutionary approach to accelerated learning & development, creating a powerful learning and multi-sensory experience. Based on recent developments we anticipate that our process will create a new direction for strategic global e-learning & development."
