Milton Keynes, UK, 20 January 2009 - BI, the Communication and Motivation Company is pleased to announced that two of its employees have successful completed and passed their Motivation Diplomas. Katie Stratton and Emma Price received their results last week, and were awarded a distinction and a credit respectively.
Katie Stratton enjoys the prestigious accolade of being one of only two candidates to achieve the honour of a distinction this year, the highest pass rate awarded for the diploma. Both Emma and Katie will receive their diplomas at the graduation ceremony to be held at the House of Commons on 4 February 2009.

They are an asset to the company and will, with this qualification, have a significant impact on making innovative enhancements to the excellent programmes we deliver to our clients."
Katie and Emma both work in the Client Service Team within BI, and help to deliver performance improvement programmes for clients such as: GM, Škoda, Nielsen and Trend Micro.
About the ISP Motivation Diploma:
The ISP Motivation Diploma is a qualification specifically designed for the Motivation Industry. It takes the form of a distance-learning programme with a series of questions and a set brief being completed over a five-month period. Candidates study at their own pace utilising the study tools provided, and carrying out their own research.
The ISP Motivation Diploma is designed to provide a good overall introduction to the Motivation Industry and to deliver a qualification that is recognised by the industry at large as demonstrating a basic understanding and proficiency. It is also the aim of the Diploma to increase standards of professionalism in the industry and provide a benchmark for employers.
