Most Common Candidate Sources: A Survey and Its Results

HR.com conducted a survey focused on effective use of candidate sources as they relate to the staffing function. In this survey we asked respondents to rank their own organizations´ effectiveness in their use of various sources. Results are contained in this paper.

Recently HR.com conducted a survey focused on effective use of candidate sources as they relate to the staffing function.  In this survey we asked respondents to rank their own organization' effectiveness in their use of various sources.  

The industries represented ranged across the spectrum with the majority of respondents coming from one of four different verticals.  These four verticals were Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and the Services sector.
