Monster Video Profile Expands Globally, Enabling Employers Worldwide to Better Target and Attract Top Talent

MAYNARD, Mass. June 5, 2008 – Monster® today announced the global rollout of Monster Video Profile, a solution that allows employers to easily integrate streaming video into job postings.  Monster is the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST).

In addition to the U.S., Monster customers in Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Ireland will now be able to leverage the power of Monster Video Profile.  Each country will have access to regionally specific versions of the product, which offers video production, hosting and job posting integration.

“We launched Monster Video Profile less than a year ago in the U.S., and have received positive feedback from employers, who have used video to enhance their recruitment toolset, and ultimately, attract qualified candidates,” said Darko Dejanovic, Global CIO and Head of Product for Monster.  “Video allows employers to more effectively convey their culture, values and brand, which, in turn, helps job seekers better select the opportunities they apply to – and we fully expect that employers and job seekers around the world will benefit from this tool.”

Monster Video Profile offers a host of services including concept creation and consultation along with complete video production and editing. For customers with existing video, Monster Video Profile is available in a hosting and integration-only option, and employers with video on their corporate sites can utilize an integration-only option to incorporate it into their Monster job postings.

Each Monster Video Profile offers three different options to best accommodate companies’ unique hiring goals:
