MAYNARD, Mass. - May 15, 2006 - Monster ®, the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), today expanded its HR alliance strategy with the addition of five companies to the Monster HR Alliance Program: Premier member Vurv Technology, Certified Application Tracking System (ATS) members Bullhorn and Infinix Corporation, and Certified Job Distributors eQuest and Job VIPeR, a job distribution system provided by TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, a division of Monster Worldwide. Collectively, these members represent Monster´s expansion into the job distribution category and increase the HR Alliance Program´s total membership to 12 organizations.
Monster also announced full product integration and availability with First Advantage (formerly Recruiternet Inc.), a current Premier ATS member. Premier members - including the newest, Vurv Technology - receive the highest level of integration with Monster´s core solutions. Monster´s and First Advantage´s joint products will help customers minimize the time required to post jobs, increase the number of qualified applicants, and more efficiently identify and upload candidates from Monster´s database of more than 50 million resumes.
"Monster is continuously in discussions with leading HR providers in order to steadily develop solutions that are more effective and valuable than independent offerings," said Neal Bruce, Vice President of Alliances for Monster. "After implementing the integrated products already available through our HR Alliance Program, customers have reported significant increases in job application completion rates."
Monster established the HR Alliance Program in 2004 to foster the integration of Monster´s core offerings with industry-leading recruitment products and services. The program promotes the creation of new product offerings and the enhancement of existing services to provide Monster customers with operational efficiencies. Through the HR Alliance Program, Monster offers its customers increased application rates, the ability to manage multiple hiring platforms through a single interface, and improved integrity and capture of candidate sourcing information.
