MICHAEL STALLARD TO ADDRESS PUBLIC ON THE "CASE FOR CONNECTION" IN THE
WORKPLACE

Author of "Fired Up Or Burned Out" to speak in Greenwich on October 18th
and October 24th: Events are open to the public

Research shows that emotional factors in the workplace are four times
more effective in motivating people than rational factors such as salary
and job title," says Michael Stallard, President of E Pluribus Partners,
a consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders create engaging work
environments that maximize productivity and innovation as well as
improve the lives of workers.

As America gears up to handle an anticipated labor shortage,
while striving to compete in an increasingly global marketplace, CEOs
and managers must develop new tactics to sustain, and grow beyond, their
organizations' current levels of productivity.  

Dollars and cents and titles aren't necessarily the way to
inspire employees to work to their potential, Stallard says, suggesting
instead that leaders create a "Connection Culture" that focuses on soft

The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce will host a lunch on October 18th from

Stallard will also be speaking at the Greenwich Library on October 24th
from 7:00 PM until 8:00 P.M. The address is: Main library, 101 West
Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT.  The event is free of charge.
