Dr. Bruce H. Dunson, Chief Operating Officer of Metrica, Inc., has announced two key leadership appointments to the company’s newly created Metrica Relocations Plus (M+) division. Based in Arlington, Virginia, and with offices strategically located throughout the world, M+ will provide a wide range of Destination and Expatriate Support services to global relocation management firms, multinational corporations, and institutions worldwide.

Dunson, Chief Operating Officer of Metrica, Inc., has announced two key leadership appointments to the company’s newly created Metrica Relocations Plus (M+) division. M+ provides a wide range of Destination and Expatriate Support services to relocation management companies, multi-national corporations, and institutions worldwide. The firm’s Destination Services group, for example, specializes in providing home search, immigration and settling-in services in many of the world’s most challenging emerging business markets including: Central and Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation and former Soviet Republics, Africa and the Middle East. Based in Arlington, Virginia, M+ also has offices strategically located in both emerging and primary business centers throughout the world.

Olga A. Vol joins M+ as Director, Global Operations, from senior operations management positions with Moscow’s leading real estate firm, Intermark Group. She served successfully as Director of Relocations and, also, Head of the Residential Leasing Department, directing all facets of the Department’s daily operations, as well as the marketing, business development, and client relations divisions. Vol will manage and oversee the firm’s operations, train Metrica Alliance + members, and work directly with clients to provide expatriate families worldwide with superior quality destination and assignment support services.

Vol holds a Master’s Degree in International Economy from Kiev National University, and has completed management courses at the State University of Management (GAU) of the Russian Federation. In addition, she is affiliated with the European Academy of Relocation Professionals and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Prior positions with organizations including Noble Gibbons/CB Richard Ellis and Western Group Oncor International have provided the basis for her outstanding professional career in international relocation management and services.

John L. Heithaus, SCRP, joins M+ as Executive Director. Regarded throughout the industry for numerous industry accomplishments in global supplier alliances, client services, and creating innovative technology platforms, he will serve as the Division’s senior executive reporting to Dr. Dunson.

His twenty-five year career in relocation spans executive positions with: Merrill Lynch Relocation Management, Cartus, Monstermoving.com, and Prudential Relocation in areas including: forging supplier alliances, managing large client relationships, running global operations, and developing/launching web portals and transaction support systems. In addition, he served as Vice President, Membership, for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), growing the ranks of corporate members and helping to create the foundation for valuable strategic alliance programs benefiting the association’s worldwide members.

Educated at Iona College, Manhattan College’s MBA program, and in International Business at Georgetown University’s McDonough Graduate School of Business, he is currently matriculating for a PhD in Organizational Theory & Design from Kennedy-Western University. Heithaus received ERC’s coveted President’s Award in 1996, in addition to a number of Distinguished and Meritorious Service Awards, for his contributions to the industry’s educational and technological initiatives. He also holds the SCRP (Senior Certified Relocation Professional) designation.
