MIAMI, Fla. (June 27, 2007) – Meta4, a multinational company specializing in human and intellectual capital management (HICM) solutions, today announced that Richard S. Hauptle has joined the company as U.S. Sales Director. In this new role, Hauptle is responsible for all U.S.- based sales initiatives including establishing new clients and partnerships, and developing a regional sales team.
Hauptle comes to Meta4 with more than 22 years of sales management experience. Most recently, he was the vice president of Sales, Eastern Region, for Atlanta-based Empagio, where he drove new business sales. Hauptle has also held highly successful sales positions at Convergys, ProBusiness, PeopleSoft and Ultimate Software. He began his career in ADP’s Atlanta regional office in 1985.
