MIAMI, Fla. (September 10, 2007) - Meta4, a multinational company specializing in human and intellectual capital management (HICM) solutions, today announced that Diane Kirkwood has joined the company’s United States operations as Director, Solutions Consultants. In this role, Kirkwood will be responsible for leading a team of world-class Meta4 Solutions Consultants. These consultants will work with organizations to analyze their current business processes, and provide detailed application fit analysis reports and demonstrations.
For the past two years, Kirkwood worked in sales outreach for Datatel, Inc., serving as a liaison between the sales and marketing divisions to create campaigns for the company’s new systems. Previously, she served as an industry analyst for Synergy3 and was the director of presales specialists and product marketing strategy at Jenzabar, a leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education. Kirkwood has held sales positions at Knowledge Tranzfer, Taleo and Peoplesoft. In 1986, she began her career as the director of presales and a principal business analyst at Integral/InPower in Walnut Creek, Calif.
“For more than 20 years, Diane has honed her sales experience at major software companies such as Taleo and Peoplesoft,” said Carlos Diaz, vice president of Pan-American Operations and Global Accounts Officer for Meta4. “Diane’s deep HR specific domain knowledge will help guide and position our capabilities and thus enable our customers to understand the positive results that they can expect.”
