The Best Companies scheme acknowledges and rewards organisations that provide excellent workplaces, excellent workplace practices, and great leadership as defined by its own employees.
This year, 434 organisations registered for 'Star Status' accreditation, with over 100,000 employees surveyed. Only 273 organisations gained "Star Status", and only 42 (10%) of these companies achieved the coveted 3 star accreditation.
