NEW YORK: Oct. 7, 2008 -- Melissa Hatch and Michelle Tenberg have joined Buck Consultants.

Hatch joins Buck as a Principal in its Global HR Technology and Administration practice. With 15 years of outsourced benefits administration experience, she deploys technology to build successful, customized solutions for clients. Her expertise includes needs analysis, vendor management, quality control, team communications, and performance management.

Hatch received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Tenberg joins Buck as a Director in its Global HR Technology and Administration practice. Her HR employee service center experience includes training, facility oversight, service assessment, and best practice implementation.

Tenberg received her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque.
