MINNEAPOLIS (March 5, 2007) – Personnel Decisions International (PDI) announced the appointment of Mathias Kesting as managing director of the company's Germany operations, headquartered in Stuttgart. He will assume his responsibilities March 5.
In this position, Kesting will lead PDI's growth efforts throughout the country with a focus on strategic company initiatives. He will be responsible for managing organizational development efforts in Germany that align with PDI's global strategy to help organizations select and develop leaders that will impact clients' organizational effectiveness, customer service and overall profitability. Kesting will work in collaboration with the company’s global management team to align country-specific objectives with the overall strategy of the company.
“Mathias brings extensive expertise in organizational development and change management from his past client work with the international business community," said Klaus Schuler, PDI vice president and managing director for the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “His professional expertise, leadership skills and business acumen make him a very strong addition to our team.”
Most recently, Kesting worked with a wide range of international companies as senior project manager at Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH, Germany's largest human resource management and executive search company. His past client work makes him familiar with PDI's global client base.
