DeMar most recently served as Senior Manager, Health Benefits and Internal Communications, with Premera Blue Cross. Her expertise includes all aspects of HR and total rewards communication, with a focus on helping organizations improve the workplace environment, change employee behavior, and meet financial goals.
DeMar received her bachelor’s and first masters degrees from Illinois State University and holds a second masters degree from the University of Washington.
