that Market Street Mortgage selected UltiPro delivered through its
Intersourcing service model in September 2006.
Market Street Mortgage, a wholly owned subsidiary of NetBank, is
among the nation's leading retail originators of residential mortgage
loans with more than 70 locations serving home buyers, home builders,
and real estate agents in 49 states. With approximately 800 employees,
the Clearwater-based mortgage company has been using a payroll service
bureau but wanted an integrated HRMS with comprehensive workforce
management functionality to help the human resources team function
more strategically.
