MILWAUKEE (May 16, 2006) - Manpower received the Visteon Important Partner award from auto parts maker Visteon Corporation in recognition of its high level of supplier performance. The Manpower Business Solutionsteam was cited as best in class in the non-production goods and services category.
Manpower Business Solutions, through its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program, manages all aspects of the employee recruitment process in the U.S. for Visteon. Activities include candidate sourcing, screening, hiring and orientation.
The annual supplier award program recognizes the best-in-class performers of Visteon´s global supply base. Selection criteria are focused on supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, value, technical capability and customer service.
Nominees for the Visteon Important Partner award went through a thorough review of their performance and business contributions by Visteon´s global materials management team, with input from Visteon´s global product groups including purchasing, quality, product development and manufacturing. Award recipients achieved 100 percent concurrence across all customer functions and operating regions to confirm that they have demonstrated the high level of performance that Visteon promotes within its supply base.

Manpower was among 15 suppliers to receive the Visteon Important Partner award this year. The awards were presented during ceremonies at the Visteon European Corporate Office and Innovation Center in Kerpen, Germany.
