Makarios Consulting was chosen as Cadient’s leadership partner following a previous engagement with Cadient that included leadership development training for Cadient’s senior management. As part of the current deal, Makarios will work with Cadient to provide continued leadership development training and executive coaching, organizational dynamics consulting, application of learned leadership skills and knowledge management.
