WHAT: Patricia "Lynn" Gilley will receive the American Payroll Association's (APA) Payroll Citation of Merit in recognition of outstanding volunteer participation in Association activities and her significant contributions to the payroll profession through participation on APA's Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force. Gilley will be honored during the APA´s 24th Annual Congress.
