TORONTO, January 17, 2007 - WeirFoulds LLP of Toronto is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Borsook as Managing Partner.
A graduate of the University of Toronto Law School, Ms. Borsook joined WeirFoulds in 1982 and is currently Chair of the firm’s Commercial Leasing Practice Group. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters with particular emphasis on sophisticated leasing and property development issues and has been recognized as a leading practitioner by LEXPERT® and by Best Lawyers in Canada.
She succeeds Greg Richards who has completed a three-year term as Managing Partner and continues with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, of which he is the former Chair.
