Linkage’s Leadership Development Series Announces Most High-Profile Lineup in 12 Year History

Live broadcasts offer interactive leadership training via Satellite and Webcast

Burlington, MA (Vocus/PRWEB ) January 28, 2010 -- Linkage, a global leadership development company, announced the line-up of speakers for its 2010 Spring Thought Leader Series. Carlos Gutierrez, Marshall Goldsmith, Dan Heath, and Malcolm Gladwell will participate in live leadership broadcasts available via satellite and the web. For those unable to attend the live broadcast, these programs are available on-demand via the web.

"We understand the challenges organizations faced in 2009 and sought to build a world class learning program to arm our customers with tools to reenergize their leaders and reignite results," explains Linkage CEO, Phil Harkins.

The leadership broadcast series kicks off March 11 from 12:00-1:30 pm ET with Carlos Gutierrez. The son of Cuban immigrants who began his career selling Kellogg’s cereal to small grocery stores, Gutierrez eventually became the youngest CEO in the history of the Kellogg Company. Hailed as the leader who fixed Kellogg, his program, Leadership from Top to Bottom, will show your organization how to succeed in 2010.

One of the world’s top executive coaches, Marshall Goldsmith will help professionals use their 'mojo'—that moment when someone is firing on all cylinders—to achieve breakthrough business results. His program, The Positive Actions Leaders Must Take to Start Winning Again, will take place April 14 at 11:00-12:30 pm ET.

In his session, How to Change Things When Change is Hard, author Dan Heath will uncover a three part framework to help you create successful change—in your team, organization, or culture—in tough times. Join us May 12 from 11:00 am-12:30 pm ET.

According to author Malcolm Gladwell, the secrets of success can be decoded—and copied. In Why People Are Successful, taking place June 17 from 11:00 am–12:30 pm ET, Gladwell will share provocative suggestions on how to nurture success, what common elements are shared by high performers, and how to uncover the predictors of success.
