The undersigned employee hereby acknowledges that he/she has received and a copy of the Employee Handbook for {INSERT COMPANY NAME}.

 

The employee further understands and agrees that:

 

·               The handbook is intended to be a general guide to the rules, policies and procedures of {INSERT COMPANY NAME} and is not an employment agreement or a guarantee of employment.

 

·               The employee is an at will employee, meaning that both the employee and the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.   The employee´s at will status can only be changed through a written employment contract that is authorized and signed by the Company President.   Any oral statements, promises, or other contracts are hereby deemed invalid.

 

·               The Company reserves the right to make changes to the employment handbook without prior notice.
