Learn How Onboarding Technology Can Help Retain New Employees

Today’s new hires need more than just a paycheck to convince them to stay at a new job, evidenced by 86 percent of respondents of a recent Aberdeen Onboarding Benchmark Report Survey making their decision whether or not to stay in their position within the first six months on the job.
BURLINGTON, Mass. – Today’s new hires need more than just a paycheck to convince them to stay at a new job, evidenced by 86 percent of respondents of a recent Aberdeen Onboarding Benchmark Report Survey making their decision whether or not to stay in their position within the first six months on the job.

Additionally, the session will cover:

Reasons to select and use technology onboarding solutions.
Identifying how a new hire portal can be integrated into the overall onboarding strategy.
Using a new hire portal to engage new employees as soon as they accept an offer throughout the onboarding process.
