Human Resources: Leadership Event for Government Human Capital and Personnel Leaders

Washington, D.C. - July 14, 2009 - The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and think tank that is advancing the science of strategic talent management, today named the Federal Managers Association (FMA) as a Media Partner for HCI's Government Talent Management Summit.
