LBi has been chosen to host a third session at Collaborate '09 by the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG). Gary Reuter, Vice President of Product Development, is scheduled to present Session #1287 “Using Bolt-On Applications to Improve Employee Self-Service and Employee Satisfaction” on Monday May 4th at 8:00 AM. Mr. Reuter will share details on how to successfully implement 3rd party applications using PeopleSoft approved methodologies and API’s designed for integrating bolt-on solutions. The session will conclude with a demonstration of bolt-on solutions that easily access valuable Human Capital Management (HCM) data and processes such as internal help desk queries and responses, vacation/time out of office management and ESS applications that empower employees to maintain their own HCM related data.
LBi experts in HCM will be available at the LBi booth (5144 in the exhibit hall) to address customer specific questions and to provide full demonstrations of LBi products:
- CaseManager - a browser-based help-desk/knowledgebase product, designed for the tracking of payroll and benefit issues
- Employee Self-Service Portal – a web application that gives employees 24/7 access to their own individual data and corporate information
- On-line Benefits Enrollment – a powerful ESS application for employee benefit enrollment in a paperless environment
- At-Trac - a web-enabled application for entering and managing employee time and attendance information
As previously announced, the Quest Users Group has also requested that LBi present two related sessions on HCM data access via Self-Service applications. The first session, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 6th is #“56800: Self-Service Portal Solution” and will provide details on creating an inexpensive, easy-to-use HR Self-Service Portal. The second session #“56810 – Self-Service Benefits Enrollment for Your Employees!” is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th at 1:30 PM and will provide an in-depth review of a Benefits Enrollment System that provides employees access to benefit enrollment programs.
