Latest Report from AberdeenGroup Validates Workscape´s Position on the Need for Technology-driven Pay-for-Performance Programs

Published in March 2006, the report found that 50 percent of the companies surveyed stated that turnover levels were higher than their target, and that 75 percent were concerned about the ability to meet their talent needs over the next five years.
