Post joins Buck from Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where he served as Principal, Senior Client Developer, and co-leader of the Total Rewards practice for the U.S. He previously served as Partner and Managing Director with Deloitte & Touche, and as a regional Health & Welfare practice leader at Towers Perrin. Post has 30 years of insurance, consulting, and client management experience. He has led a number of consulting practices, including total rewards, health and welfare, and human capital. His expertise includes HR strategy, change leadership, M&A integration, and new business development.
Post received his bachelor´s degree from the University of California. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He is also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, WorldatWork, Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and Society of Human Resource Management.
