Workforce management solutions improve employee satisfaction and productivity
Kronos´ HR application gives Cambro a high level of visibility into its workforce, supporting the company´s goal of a paperless, automated HR environment. Managers can see full profiles of each employee, enabling them to better manage their employees without having to turn to the HR department for information. The Kronos solution generates automatic reminders when performance reviews are due which improves managers´ compliance with review schedules.

Employee self-service allows employees to update addresses and emergency contacts online, in addition to gaining full visibility into personal benefit and compensation data. Employee ownership of personal information boosts morale and supports Cambro´s efforts to continually improve employee satisfaction and data accuracy.

Applicant data is immediately stored and searchable in the Kronos HR application, which provides visibility into the applicant pool to everyone involved in the hiring process, including hiring managers. The applicant management capabilities also help maintain compliance with required government reporting by generating standard EEO-1 and EEO-4 reports.
