Fueled by explosive growth and an expanding customer base, David will focus on partnering with customers through the Knowledge Infusion Strategy-Plan-Action methodology to develop HCM strategies and roadmaps, lead vendor evaluations, guide business process design and requirements definition, and optimize existing HR technology solutions.
Joining the organization most recently from Oracle, David brings a unique specialization and knowledge of several leading HR technology solutions including Oracle eBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS, and Ceridian solutions. He began his career at Ceridian where he spent ten years, followed by five years at Oracle as a national solutions consultant for the eBusiness product line. He then moved to Radiant Systems where he was the director of pre-sales for the Workforce Management product suite. In 2003 David joined PeopleSoft and rejoined Oracle with the acquisition where he has been responsible for consulting around all of Oracle solutions to organizations worldwide.
