(May 22, 2007) - - Kenexa® (Nasdaq: KNXA), a leading provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, today announced that Tim Geisert has joined the company as vice president, Employment Branding. In this capacity, Geisert will help drive the ongoing execution and expansion of Kenexa’s employment branding service offering.
A communications research and strategy professor at University of Nebraska, Geisert previously held executive positions at Bailey Lauerman and The Martin Agency, working with customers such as Bayer AG, Union Pacific Railroad and one of the world’s largest media and theme park operators. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations clearly articulate their brands, through brand development, brand management and strategic brand planning.
