SALEM, NH, Nov. 17, 2005 - KENDA Systems, Incorporated, today announced it has acquired the assets and business of the Parity Americas group of companies, including Teltech and Personnel Solutions, providers of Information Technology and technical support staff from its UK parent, Parity Group plc (PTY.L).  Parity Americas had more than 200 consultants on assignment during 2005, in three new markets for KENDA including Atlanta, New York City, and Westchester County.

"Adding Parity/Teltech's business to the existing KENDA business units strengthens our presence along the East coast.  Parity/Teltech has demonstrated an ability to not only survive but thrive in the challenging IT staffing space," remarked Stephen K.
