Swart joins Buck from Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Her expertise includes retirement program design, funding, financial management, and administration.
Swart received her bachelor's degree in math and actuarial studies from Thiel College (PA). She is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
