KELLY SERVICES STANDARDIZES ON FIRST ADVANTAGE FOR ITS NEXT GENERATION SKILLS TESTING PLATFORM

“Kelly Services has always been known as a pioneer in the staffing industry,” said Jon Haber, senior vice president of First Advantage’s Assessment Solutions.

BURLINGTON, Mass., Jan. 25, 2007—The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV) today announced that Kelly Services, the leading provider of staffing services, has selected its assessments as its standard for pre-employment skills testing for Kelly’s branches worldwide. First Advantage’s Assessment Solutions will enable Kelly to readily evaluate essential workplace skills, including competencies with the latest releases of Microsoft® Office.

“Kelly Services has always been known as a pioneer in the staffing industry,” said Jon Haber, senior vice president of First Advantage’s Assessment Solutions. “Kelly created the staffing industry in 1946, introduced automated, performance-based testing in the 1980s and continues to lead the industry with advanced and innovative assessments like the adaptive PinPoint assessment system. It is a tremendous honor to be given the chance to become part of the Kelly tradition of innovation.”

“We were committed to finding the most accurate, high-quality assessments possible, in order to ensure we provide the best qualified candidates to our customers. First Advantage’s products help us achieve that goal,” said Terry Hauer, manager of testing and training at Kelly Services.  “It also has been particularly pleasing to discover that First Advantage continues to put as much effort into customer service as it does into its products. They understand and respond quickly to the needs of our complex, international organization, often anticipating and alerting us to issues before they’re on our radar.”

The First Advantage SkillCheck® product line, already being used in Europe, will be rolled out globally on desktop PC and Internet platforms as soon as SkillCheck Microsoft Office 2007 assessments become available. The availability of the new Microsoft Office tests will coincide with the release of the Microsoft Office 2007 platform.

In addition to assessment solutions, Kelly Services is already using other First Advantage screening services nationwide. “This contract further underscores the value we add by serving as a single source for a complete range of hiring related services,” said Rick Mansfield, executive vice president in First Advantage’s Employer Services segment.
