NEW YORK: Jan. 30, 2008 -- Karen Warlin has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in the firm's Chicago office.
Warlin joins Buck after serving as Manager of Employee Communications at HSBC and, most recently, at CCC Information Services, a technology firm in Chicago. Her expertise includes all aspects of human resource and employee communication, including development of communication strategies that help organizations achieve business objectives through their employees.
Warlin received a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing a masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has received both the Gold and Silver Quill Awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, and has published articles in Compensation and Benefits Review and The Journal of Total Compensation.
