John Sopoci has joined the Chicago office of Buck Consultants as a Director in the HR Management consulting practice.

John Sopoci has joined the Chicago office of Buck Consultants as a Director in the HR Management consulting practice.

Sopoci most recently served with Towers Perrin as a Consultant responsible for HR effectiveness consulting, client relationship management, and new business development.  Previously he was HRIS Manager with Kraft Foods.   Sopoci has more than 15 years of consulting and corporate experience.  His expertise includes HR strategy and administration, transformation of HR business processes, HR outsourcing, and organizational design.

Sopoci received his bachelor´s degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He co-authored an article in the August/September 2005 issue of IHRIM Link titled "HR Data Quality: Why It Matters...and How to Get There From Here."
