Gibson most recently served as Sr. Vice President and Corporate Controller of Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin-based Fortune 500 company providing information management and electronic commerce systems to the financial services industry.
With over 20 years of progressive financial experience, Gibson brings extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting, acquisition integration and capital markets to Zywave. As CFO, Gibson will have responsibility for the firm's finance and accounting operations, including its treasury, strategic business planning and corporate development activities.
Gibson earned a B.B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and was featured in Treasury & Risk Management magazine's "40 under 40" article in November 2006.
