The newly created positions will help to provide more support and leadership to the job board family’s growing sales force.
The new directors will be responsible for managing their individual sales teams for JobsInLogistics.com, AllRetailJobs.com, JobsInManufacturing.com and JobsInTrucks.com, to achieve greater sales results. In their respective roles as Directors of Business Development, Bill and Emma will report to Amy Noah, Vice President of Sales.

Emma Firth joined the JobsInLogistics.com in 2003 as Marketing Manager. In less than a year, she demonstrated strong sales ability and transitioned into the Sales Department as National Account Executive. Quarter after quarter, she has been among the top performing National Account Executives.
Bill Smith joined the company in 2004. Smith has a proven track record with more than eight years of experience in the online recruiting industry, and was a former accounts manager for Monster.com and other online job boards.
