As North American President, Jerry holds responsibility for overseeing operations in all 22 North American offices of JWT Employment Communications. He has 21 years in the field of employment marketing and employee engagement and his award employer branding strategies on behalf of his clients have resulted in industry awards and media recognition. Jerry’s presentation at SHRM-Atlanta will cover the issues around employer branding and their impact on recruitment and retention.
Dr. Beth A Brooks holds management responsibilities for the integrated offerings to health care employers at JWT Employment Communications. Dr. Brooks has more than 20 years experience in health care, including positions in nurse recruitment and nurse management. She also has previous experience in employment communications, working with health care clients across the country on award-winning advertising, branding and marketing programs. Her consulting work involves projects related to improving the quality of nursing work life and manager skill development. Dr. Brook’s presentation will review research on turnover and offer evidence-based solutions directed at avoidable turnover. With this presentation, Dr. Brooks offers credit towards PHR, SPHR, GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certificate Institute.
