Saltzman has joined its Global Survey Practice as Practice Leader - New York. In this capacity, Saltzman will focus on providing consulting expertise to some of Kenexa´s largest global clients and building the company´s New York presence. Saltzman will also serve as a member of Kenexa´s Global Survey Leadership Team and participate in setting strategic direction related to the growth of the company´s Global Survey Practice.
A seasoned industry expert, Saltzman has conducted employee research in such areas as organizational effectiveness, recruitment and retention, mergers and acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, downsizing, communications, employee morale and cultural differences. He has also extensively studied customer satisfaction, and the linkages between employee and customer attitudes as they relate to bottom-line business performance.
Prior to joining Kenexa, Saltzman served as CEO of Sirota. With Sirota since 1988, Saltzman oversaw a 125% increase in that company´s client base and revenues, and led the opening of new offices in London and Washington, D.C. He holds a master´s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The University of Akron and a bachelor´s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
