(TSX: NXN) formerly CrossOff Incorporated and parent company of Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions / CDI Education, today announced that it has been selected by Ivanhoe Cambridge to train more than 700 employees across Canada in both French and English, on Microsoft Office 2003.
As one of the country's pre-eminent property owners, managers, developers and investors, Ivanhoe Cambridge wanted to improve its technology environment by upgrading to Microsoft Office 2003. As a result, the company needed help to efficiently train its more than 700 employees across the country. Continuing their longstanding relationship, Ivanhoe Cambridge chose Nexient Learning to provide a mix of instructor-led training sessions and synchronous e-learning programs through Microsoft Live Meeting, in order to facilitate all training by November.

All course sessions and employee registration will be managed and tracked centrally through a secure, customized Continuous Learning Portal (CLP) to provide managers and administrators with insight into the progress of the training project overall. A fully bilingual site, the CLP automates employee registration and enables them to view their Individual Learning Plan for pending, current and completed courses. Additionally, employees are able to add follow-on courses for additional professional development plan, which are sent to their managers for approval via email notifications from the CLP.
