Prior to joining Intrepid, Albers served as First Vice President, Manager, Learning Technologies at JPMorgan Chase, First Vice President, Manager, National Learning Technologies of Bank One, and Vice President, Regional Training Manager at First Chicago NBD Bank. Through five different mergers/acquisitions culminating at JPMorgan Chase, Albers successfully selected and implemented Learning Management Systems to support 160,000 employees, six lines of business, and 34 stakeholder groups. She also facilitated education strategy efforts for Bank One during the bank´s 3 years as the top rated bank in Training Magazine´s Training Top 100, with progressive ratings of #17, 15 and 13.

 Albers is a recognized learning leader with proven success in Financial Services governance
and learning technologies. She holds a M.S. Ed. Degree in Instructional Design from
Purdue University.
