McClements comes to Integreon with over 22 years of executive leadership experience at global strategy consulting firm Monitor Group, where he held positions as global head of human resources and chief operating officer. During his time at Monitor, McClements served on the board of directors, was the first non-founder to serve on the global executive committee and also served as CEO for various business units. Integreon will also reinforce its key cultural traits – including the accountability for successful client outcomes and the connection between clients’ success and employees’ success – through its training and incentive programs and performance management processes.

“I was drawn to Integreon because of the company’s strong corporate culture and outstanding talent pool,” McClements said. “The Integreon team is committed to the company’s business values and is empowered with the tools and collaborative environment they need to succeed.
