IA's groundbreaking work to develop leaders across different industries will be featured at the Leadership Development Conference, to be held in New York May 14-15, 2009, and in San Diego on Coronado Island June 4-5, 2009.
The session "Leading in the High-Performance Organization" will focus on Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) business unit. Leadership Development Conference attendees at the Interaction Associates & Medtronic session will learn about CRDM's multi-tiered leadership development process with assessment tools, a business simulation and pre- and post- workshop application activities. The session will also focus on how Medronic's CRDM unit is working to realize improved overall organizational effectiveness through consistent leadership practices. Speakers in New York are Jim McDermid, Vice President, CRDM Human Resources, Medtronic, Inc. and Jay Cone, Senior Consultant, Interaction Associates.
