IA's groundbreaking work to develop leaders across different industries will be featured at the Leadership Development Conference, to be held in New York May 14-15, 2009, and in San Diego on Coronado Island June 4-5, 2009.

The session "Leading in the High-Performance Organization" will focus on Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) business unit.
