The Infohrm Academy Workshop Series offers Human Resources Professionals a Practical Approach to Conducting Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning

The two workshops, Workforce Analytics: Interpreting and Using HR Data to Drive Human Capital Decision-Making, and Workforce Planning: A Strategic Approach to Future Talent Needs, will benefit professionals looking for a hands-on approach to aligning the workforce with business strategy and understanding the key principles on using metrics to manage the workforce.

Infohrm’s workshops are organized especially for HR directors, managers, and analysts seeking to improve their skills in implementing and managing workforce analytics and planning initiatives.

The Workforce Planning session is typically a three-day workshop where attendees:

1. Build scenarios on future workforce needs
2. Create workforce supply and demand forecasts
3. Employ statistical tools to calculate and investigate staffing gaps
4. Devise succession planning, career development, and change management strategies

The Workforce Analytics session is a two-day workshop where attendees receive practical training in how to:

3. Structure an analytic investigation of pressing workforce risks and opportunities
4. Utilize an HR Analytic Toolkit for comparing and visualizing workforce data
