INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY WITH ADAPT

save time, keep in touch, and focus resources

(Bond International Software Inc., Richmond VA.): Global staffing-software leader, BondInternational Software, unveils a suite of new modules designed to help staffing firms make a quantum leap in productivity.  Alongside Adapt Financials, the new built-in Adapt back-office system which will be previewed by the Bond User Group at ASA in Las Vegas, the Company is introducing Adapt Seeker, Adapt Parser and Adapt Accelerator .

Staffing firms can mine the Internet for information using the Adapt Seeker module. This next generation of automated searching technology will search the web for resumes, companies, contacts, and other business intelligence. By partnering with industry leaders InfoGist and Broadlook, Adapt Seeker decreases time spent searching for information - and increases the amount of time recruiters have to drive business.

Bond has worked with Daxtra Technologies to create the Adapt Parser engine to import candidate resumes easily and accurately.  Recruiters simply select one or more resumes from a shared folder or Outlook inbox.  Parser automatically checks for duplicates, pulls the information into Adapt, populates the correct fields, and creates new, immediately searchable candidates. Adapt Parser features a user-friendly browser interface, allowing quick-click movement through the system.

Adapt Accelerator, created in partnership with InstaStaff, is an interactive communication tool that enables recruiters to fill large job orders faster than ever before.  With the click of a button, Accelerator can reach hundreds of candidates via multiple contact methods including phone, IM and text message.  Responses are processed in real time, allowing recruiters to spend their time speaking to qualified and available candidates, rather than leaving messages.

Adapt Accelerator gives staff the power and the agility to respond to high-volume, fast-turnaround orders in minutes, rather than hours or days.  This results in more filled jobs, in less time, at higher margins than ever before.

By harnessing the power of these technologies to Adapt, Bond’s clients are able to significantly boost the profitability of each recruiting desk.  From business development and recruiting research with Adapt Seeker, to importing resumes with Parser, through to contacting qualified candidates with Accelerator, salespeople and recruiters can use Adapt to automate time-consuming tasks and spend more time working directly with qualified prospects and candidates.

David Read, President and CEO of Bond International Software Inc., comments:  "This is a very exciting time for Bond and for our clients.  The introduction of Adapt Financials, Adapt Accelerator, Adapt Parser and Adapt Seeker provides staffing firms with market-leading technologies that significantly improve productivity. More than ever before, we are able to help our clients improve the services they can offer their customers – which, in turn, results in higher revenues for our clients."
