NEW YORK – September 10, 2009 – The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) has announced that its 17th annual Incentive Invitational will be held in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This year's Invitational will take place May 19-23, 2010, and be headquartered at The Broadmoor.
The highly acclaimed Incentive Invitational event is known for bringing together top incentive buyers and corporate decision makers, along with incentive professionals from leading travel organizations around the world, for business networking events and educational seminars.
Sponsored by the many hosts in Colorado Springs and throughout Colorado, The Incentive Research Foundation’s (IRF) Incentive Invitational is the foremost fundraising event for incentive industry research. The 2009 Incentive Invitational, held this past May in the Palm Springs and Desert Resorts area at the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, played host to more than 400 guests. This level of industry participation was a testament to the importance of business relationship development.
“The IRF is grateful to the 2009 hosts and all their support for this past May’s event. We fully expect the 17th Annual Invitational to again raise the bar for quality and important industry educational content,” said Frank Katusak, president of the IRF. “As always, the funds raised at this premier industry event will enable us to underwrite much needed research on usage, trends, best practices, and case studies for travel, merchandise and other incentives on a worldwide basis.”
In addition to The Broadmoor, co-hosts for the 2010 Incentive Invitational include the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination Colorado and partners, Vail Valley and partners, Destination Services of Colorado, Rocky Mountain Adventures, Experience Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau, and other Colorado area hosts.
The Incentive Research Foundation funds and promotes independent research to advance the science and enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally. The goal is to increase the understanding, effective use and resultant benefits of incentives to businesses that currently use incentives and others interested in improved performance.
