Share best practices and innovative human resource (HR) technologies at the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM’s) HRMStrategies 2010 Annual Conference and Technology Expo. Held May 2-5, 2010 at the Rio All Suites Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., IHRIM’s 30th annual conference will continue its winning tradition of delivering the highest quality in education, networking and HR technology solutions.

“As the premier event for HR information management professionals, we invite industry leaders to present cutting-edge solutions, discuss timely industry issues, and share best practices and practical tools for workplace applications,” said Lynne Mealy, IHRIM president and CEO.

Specifically, IHRIM is seeking qualified persons to present on the following topics:
•       Technology strategy and solutions assessment: Convey the knowledge and skills required to determine business needs when creating strategic plans for the design and deployment of HR technology and enterprise service delivery models. 

•       HR technology and business processes: Discuss the technologies and HR processes that support HR service delivery, as well as the use and advantages of technology and systems throughout the HR function.

•       Systems selection, implementations and upgrades: Share HR system selection, implementation and upgrade methodologies and best practices to keep HR systems plans on track and improve their chances for success.

•       HR systems operations: Present the ongoing processes involved in HR systems management, maintenance and operational considerations.

•       Professional development: Teach HR systems professional seeking new skills and wanting to update their professional “toolkit.”

The proposal deadline to present a pre-conference workshop or conference session is August 10, 2009. IHRIM will review and evaluate proposals based on: overall quality (focus and content); topic uniqueness or innovation; practical application to the HR information management profession; and the timeliness of the topic. Selected speakers will be notified via e-mail by September 8, 2009.
