IHRIM Hosts Complimentary Webinar Feb. 25 for Members and Non-members Alike

During the complimentary Feb. 25 webinar sponsored by the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM), job seekers and hiring managers/internal recruiters will learn several areas of opportunity they may not even have considered from three recruiting representatives. Panelists will share tips on how to secure a job in any industry given the current economy.

Nov Omana, CEO of Collective HR Solutions, LLC, will lead the discussion by providing an overview of today’s employment environment and how the shrinking economy impacts job searches.

Panelists include Bryan Harris, founder of Total Service Consulting, who has 40 years of experience consulting. He has worked with nearly 200 corporations and organizations in locating and placing individuals in a variety of professional fields. Karen Convery is owner and president of CBC Resources, Inc., an executive search firm. She will discuss how she helps place human resources information systems professionals. Finally, Karla Robertson, CEO of Shifting Gears® Business Coaching and Consulting, will provide tips on how to lay out a systematic path to the entire job search process and how to sharpen the skills needed to land a great job.

•       Resume and cover letter importance
•       What to consider in a job search
•       Hidden job sources
