Customized writing solution helps streamline company’s written communication, improve subscriber relations
WILMINGTON, NC – September 16, 2009 – Hurley Write, Inc., the customized onsite and online writing solution, announced today its success in helping the MedDRA Maintenance and Support Services Organization (MSSO) improve written communication and increase efficiencies. The MedDRA Maintenance and Support Services Organization, a project within Northrop Grumman that maintains and distributes a medically validated terminology used by many health, regulatory, and pharmaceutical organizations around the world, was finding it difficult to communicate clear and succinctly to subscribers. Because of the MSSO staff’s varied levels of writing skills, coupled with the organization’s need for clear, concise written communication, the potential existed for misinterpretations of MSSO communications by subscribers. Over the course of three training sessions, Hurley Write was able to successfully train 25 MSSO members to write more effectively and to help MSSO formalize external written communications.
