One of the biggest issues that companies deal with is when they have a he said/she said case or another case where there are no eyewitnesses. Often, the employer feels helpless to reach a conclusion on whether the employee is guilty and to impose discipline without "smoking gun evidence." The session is designed to give people the tools to gather all the relevant evidence, reach a conclusion on what happened, and impose corrective action when necessary.
