HR has changed, hasn’t it? Mr. Millner will examine how HR has to change its approach from being operationally based to truly adding commercial value as a key support function in today's environment. By examining current perceptions of HR, drivers causing the shift and the business case for change, this session will answer why the ‘Shift in HR’ has not yet happened. Advice for making this change will be provided, including an overview of the HR Shift Model and the specific ways that HR can add value to the organisation and the methods for measuring success once the shift has been made.
